Goal

EFEPAE’s goal is to provide to the respective Contracting Authority (eg Ministry of Development and Competitiveness - Οperational Program «Competitiveness and Entrepreneurship» (OPCE ΙΙ)) high quality services for managing support aids of each Operational Program.

Today the institution manages Public Aid Actions estimated to a total budget of about 3 billion €, related to the establishment of new companies or modernization and competitiveness improvement or increase enterprise’s extroversion, particularly SME’S in the following areas:

• Manufacturing

• Trade

• Services

• Tourism

• Training individuals

Under the NSRF (National Strategic Reference Framework) 2007–2013 EFEPAE received and evaluated over 50000 business plans of estimated total budget of 4,7 billion €. In particular, EFEPAE during the submission and evaluation stage of the proposals is responsible for:

• receiving electronically (through internet) and in hard copy the proposals

• Formation and management of evaluators record

• Proposals’ evaluation (electronically)

The project is completed with the payment in full of the aided firms, at the beginning of 2016.

The actions of EFEPAE, within the scope of the project, cover all stages of state aid, like assistance with:

• the creation of the program guide,

• wide publicity and public information

• collect the proposals

•  examine, evaluate, certify and payoff of the projects

• completion and acceptance

EFEPAE, under its statute, may take the management of the actions of the Rural Development Program (RDP), research and technology sectors, energy and human resources of the European Social Fund (ESF), supporting the State and aiming at accelerating the absorption of national and EU funds.
